Join The Healers Yurt for a Group Meditation session through Zoom. This one hour session is designed to help you relax, unwind and find inner peace. We'll use guided visualisation, breathwork and mindfulness techniques to help you reach a deeper level of inner awareness. Open to all levels, this is a great way to de-stress and connect with your inner self.
