About ME
There was a time when life felt truly overwhelming. I was exhausted, burnt out, and doing my best to keep everything together in silence.
That’s when I discovered Holistic Healing practices such as Reiki, Meditation, and Chakra Healing.
Reiki provided me with a moment to pause, reset, and rediscover myself. I experienced calmness, clarity, and regained control over my life.
Mindfulness equipped me with daily skills to navigate the challenges of parenthood, while
Chakra Healing helped me feel grounded and secure.
With over 18 years of experience across the UK and UAE, I blend a variety of holistic practices to guide you on your journey.
