Men’s Reset is a premium one-day experience at The Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery by Sofitel, created for men who want to step away from the pressure of everyday life, recharge and leave feeling clearer, stronger and more focused.

Known for her bold, disruptive approach, Leah combines neuroscience, mindset and practical personal development to challenge limiting beliefs and help people shift the patterns that keep them stuck.

For the physical side of the reset, Luke Webber, Dubai-based fitness and lifestyle coach, will share practical strategies around men’s health, nutrition, fitness and staying in shape without overhauling your entire life.

And because a proper reset should feel good too, the day includes a healthy brunch with live cooking stations, plus access to the Retreat’s private pool and beach.
